Arrive a little early
Step into an intimate venue where the stage feels beautifully close. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.
Take your seat
Let the atmosphere draw you in before the first dancer takes the stage. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

How long does the show last?
The experience will last approximately 60 minutes.
What are the age requirements to participate in the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the show to be assigned a seat in the area you have purchased. The show will start on time and the audience should be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the dancers and the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed into the performance.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and have tickets for the same area. We advise you to arrive in good time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event won't include strobe lights.
What are the different types of tickets available?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone A (Accessible - Wheelchair), Zone B, Zone B (Accessible - Wheelchair), Zone C, Zone C (Accessible - Wheelchair), Zone D. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Is it necessary to buy a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs, or reach out to our user support team.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's easy: click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make your purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print out your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.

The show takes place at SkyCity Theatre, Corner Victoria and Federal Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors in a heated/air-conditioned venue.

There will be food and drinks available for purchase on site.
Are animals allowed?
Animals, except for assistance animals, are not allowed.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Accessible seating is limited to Zone B only. For any accessibility needs or special requests, please email us.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will toilet facilities be available on site?
Yes, the venue has toilets; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.
Is there parking on site?
There is parking available under the SkyCity Theatre with lifts going directly to the Theatre foyer. Casual parking rates will apply. For other parking options please visit at.govt.nz. Roadworks around the central city cause temporary road closures and traffic disruptions. You can find the latest information on projects impacting roads around SkyCity.
Is cloakroom service available?
Unfortunately, this location does not have a cloakroom service.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, the phone must be in silent mode during the entire performance.
Can I leave the theatre during the performance?
Out of respect for the dancers and the audience, you will not be allowed to leave your seat except in an emergency.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Other prohibited items are: External alcohol; Hot food or beverages; Strong smelling food or any form of glass; Audio recording devices; Drugs and drug paraphernalia; Flammables; Torches; Lasers; Professional cameras; Promotional items/unauthorized solicitations/vendors (including flyers, samples, giveaways); Selfie sticks/tripods
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions should affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will inform you in advance by email.
