Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email; there's no need to print anything.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
What applies to flexible refund tickets?
With a flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of the experience, with no documents required. Just get in touch with us.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer after purchasing their own ticket, subject to providing supporting documentation and availability. Both tickets must be shown at entry.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand.
Where does the experience take place?
At Literaturhaus Frankfurt (Schöne Aussicht 2, 60311 Frankfurt am Main).
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food and drink available?
No food or drinks are sold inside Literaturhaus itself. However, the building houses Restaurant Goldmund; anyone wishing to dine there needs to book directly with the restaurant in advance.
Is parking available?
There are several paid parking options nearby: the “Bildungszentrum Ostend” underground car park (Sonnemannstraße 13, from 2 euros per hour, Mon–Sat 6:30am–1am, Sun 7:30am–1am), as well as parking at Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Frankfurt Main-Riverside, Hospital zum Heiligen Geist and Lindner Hotel & Residence Main Plaza (all open 24 hours). By public transport, you can reach the venue via S-Bahn lines 1–6, 8, 9 (Ostendstraße), bus 30/36 (Schöne Aussicht), bus 45 (Frankensteiner Platz) or tram line 18 (Hospital zum Heiligen Geist).
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue. Pets are not permitted.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, access to the event spaces and restrooms is wheelchair accessible. The entrance with a wheelchair ramp is at the back of the building, right by the car park.
Is there a hearing loop system for guests with hearing impairments?
Yes, Literaturhaus Frankfurt is equipped with an induction hearing loop system in all event spaces.
