FAQs Frequently asked questions
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
Tickets are divided into sections with rates that change based on location and visibility. Once you're at Espacio Mutua Tinerfeña, our team will assign you a seat on a first-come, first-served basis within the category you booked.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.
Can tickets be bought at the Espacio Mutua Tinerfeña box office?
No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Espacio Mutua Tinerfeña box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.
Will there be food and drink service at Espacio Mutua Tinerfeña?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
When organizing experiences in historic venues, the indoor temperature can vary with the seasons. Although we try to always maintain the ideal climate, we suggest choosing an outfit suitable for the season so you can enjoy the show with total comfort.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
You can dress casually and informally, as there is no strict dress code. The important thing is that you feel comfortable while listening to the music.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Christmas Classics in Tenerife lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry, the candles are all LED technology and replicate the light of a flame identically. Without real fire, they don't emit heat and aren't flammable.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Christmas Classics in Tenerife?
Access your passes from the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by entering the "Tickets" section. It's crucial that you use the same login method you booked with. We'll also send you the QR code in the purchase confirmation email. No physical printing required!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
You can transfer your tickets for free to anyone. Just open the Fever app and click "Transfer Tickets." If you need additional support, contact us through our help center sharing your ticket number.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Espacio Mutua Tinerfeña?

When will I receive the photo?
Decide which photo you like best before it goes to paper. It will be all ready for you at the end of the concert. Make sure to pick it up before you leave, as it won't be possible to keep it for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
