Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts; late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, at Whiteman Hall, with assigned seating in your purchased zone.
Is there food served?
There will be a bar onsite with drinks available for purchase.
Is there parking available?
Complimentary visitor parking is available just north of the main entrance.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, there is an accessible entrance and restroom. Zones A and C each have about 15 ADA seats. For seating questions, contact us at hello@feverup.com.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must otherwise stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have time to assign you a seat in your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I get a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who require assistance during the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; contact us for more information.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be picked up at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Because it's tied to that specific date and location, it is non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. All sales are final.
