Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

Are the candles real?

For everyone's safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

How long does the event last?

The event lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

This event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

A selection of wine, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages is available for separate purchase at the venue.

Is parking available?

The mansion is surrounded by boulevards, roundabouts and one-way streets with ample permit-free street parking. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early to find free parking on Kedzie Boulevard. Paid parking meters are also available on Fullerton Avenue.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.
