Candlelight Photo is an optional package: your photo is taken in a specially designated area at the venue and you get 1 printed polaroid-style picture per purchase. Photos are taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. Your QR code comes in a separate email from your ticket confirmation: have the photographer validate it. You choose your picture before it is printed and collect it at the exit after the concert; pictures that are not collected cannot be kept, refunded or rescheduled. It can also be bought at the venue, by credit card only, until it sells out, with priority for online purchases. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons.

Every Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As it is tied to that specific Candlelight event date and location, it is non-refundable and non-returnable: all sales are final.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
