Step into an intimate venue where the stage feels beautifully close. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.

What can I expect at the event?
Ballet of Lights shows let you discover styles of music and dance with an original and captivating staging. What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Catégorie A - orchestre devant, Catégorie B - orchestre milieu, Catégorie C - orchestre derrière, Catégorie D - balcon, Catégorie E - PMR (emplacement fauteuil roulant orchestre). Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.

This experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts about one hour.

There will be a bar on site, but drinks are not included in the ticket price

There will be no parking available on site. However, you will find several paid car parks nearby.
Will more sessions be added?

Is there any virtual reality?
This experience does not offer a virtual reality option.
Is there a dress code?
There is no set dress code for this experience.
Will there be interaction with the artists?
Although the performers aim to captivate the audience in an enchanting atmosphere, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the show and enjoy it to the fullest simply by watching them!
Where can I buy tickets?
From the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to secure a time slot. You can buy tickets on the Fever app or on the Fever website up to one hour before the show, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to the person of your choice. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any further help. Don't forget to give us your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You will find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in with the same account you used when buying your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, we can still look up your name on the list on the day of the event.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us stating your ticket ID number. Refunds are not offered. For more information, you can check our T&Cs.
Do I need to arrive at the time of my session?
Doors will open 45 to 30 minutes before the start of the show. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start so that we can assign you a seat in the category you booked. The show will start on time. The audience must be seated before the show begins. If you are late, we will not be able to guarantee you access to the hall, in order to respect the artists' performance and ensure a good experience for the other audience members.
Are animals allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed on the event premises.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Are there any prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Sharp objects, large suitcases, food and drinks will not be allowed. Smoking (including e-cigarettes or vapes) is prohibited inside the auditorium.
Do you offer tickets for accompanying carers?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Contact us and send all supporting documents once you have bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making your request).
Will there be strobe lights?
This type of event may include strobe lights.
Will chairs be available during the experience? Will there be places to sit?
This is a seated experience; every visitor will have a seat.
Will there be toilets available at the venue?
Toilets will be available at the venue. Please ask our on-site staff.
Can I use my camera during the experience?
Unfortunately, photos or videos are not allowed during the show
Is there a lost and found area?
Keep an eye on your belongings: we do not provide a lost and found service

Is there an age requirement?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
