What are the different types of tickets available?
We have different zones depending on the desired visibility. For this venue we have 4 floors with the following zones: Ground Floor: Side Boxes, Partial View Boxes, Zone A and Zone B (Tertulia). First Floor: Center Boxes, Side Boxes and Partial View Boxes. Second Floor: Zone C (Cazuela). Third Floor: Zone D (Paraíso), this zone consists of bleacher seating without individual seats. People in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility and their companions must purchase their tickets in Zone A on the Ground Floor, which has appropriate access. Please note that the Boxes do not have accessibility for people with reduced mobility and that the venue does not have an elevator to the upper floors. All seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All tickets are individual. Each attendee is required to have their own ticket to access any type of box. None of the boxes are sold as a package or group ticket.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years or older to attend, unless otherwise specified on the website. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. If this is the case, please contact us indicating your ticket number. Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our terms and conditions.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's as easy as clicking on “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, feel free to contact us indicating your ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll be able to find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember that you need to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located in the downtown area and there are several nearby options to get there using the city's bus lines. Take precautions due to the traffic congestion that can occur in the area.
When should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the purchased zone. The concert will begin at the scheduled time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience, you will not be allowed to enter the venue building or the show, so we suggest you take the necessary steps to arrive on time.
Is parking available?
The venue does not have its own parking lot.

What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), rest assured we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Prohibited items
Authorized staff may search attendees in order to prevent the entry of prohibited or dangerous items (food and drinks from outside the venue, drugs and firearms, sharp objects or any other object that poses a danger to oneself or other attendees). We reserve the right of admission and/or to remove anyone who appears in an irregular state, such as intoxication, drug use, or any other conduct that is uncomfortable or risky for themselves and/or others.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
