The Freemason Lodge Zur Einigkeit No. 11 is a historic and exclusive lodge house in the Bahnhofsviertel of Frankfurt am Main. With a large antique festivity hall, a stage, and a concert grand piano, it provides the perfect setting for events. In addition to the festivity hall, there are other rooms such as a foyer, a small hall, and a playable bowling alley.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D. All ticket types include a free welcome drink.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue; you must buy them in advance via the Fever app or website (feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. First buy your own ticket, then send us proof via the support form. You'll then receive a voucher that allows you to book the ticket for your carer on the Fever app, subject to availability. Both tickets must be shown on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
No entry under 8 years old. Under 16s may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Changing the date and/or time is possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts, subject to availability. To do this, contact support and provide your ticket ID. A refund is not possible. You can find further details in the Terms and Conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, there is a ticket that gives you a full refund if you decide not to attend.
When can I return my ticket?
Contact support no later than 48 hours before the experience starts. If the ticket has been transferred to someone else, it is not refundable.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
You don't need to provide any documents.
How do I request my refund?
Submit your request via the Fever support form.
Where does the experience take place?
At Logenhaus zur Einigkeit, Kaiserstraße 37, 60329 Frankfurt am Main.
How do I get to the venue?
By underground (lines U1, U2, U3, U4, U5 and U8) to the Willy-Brandt-Platz stop, or by train to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof.
Is food and drink available?
Every guest receives a welcome drink, and you can buy further drinks at the bar. Bringing food and drink from outside is not allowed; otherwise entry may be refused.
Can I bring animals?
Unfortunately, animals (including service animals) are not allowed at this venue.

Yes, the venue is accessible and wheelchair friendly.

Parking is available at the Parkhaus am Theater, Untermainanlage, 60329 Frankfurt am Main.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
A photo experience you can book alongside your concert visit: the photos are taken in a dedicated area, and every purchase includes an instant Polaroid-style print.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" at the venue?
Yes, while stocks last. Those who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets on the website take priority over on-site purchases. On site, only payment by credit card is accepted.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert, preferably afterwards.
When do I receive my photo?
You choose your photos on site, the team prints them, and you take them with you straight away, as they are not saved. If you leave without your photos, there is neither a refund nor a new appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
The on-site staff will show you the way.
How can I prove that I booked the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer to start the session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Only if the experience is cancelled for reasons the organiser is responsible for.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
