Candlelight: The Best of the 80s

For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless LED candles.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you have booked. The concert starts on time; the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, entry will not be possible out of consideration for the musicians and the audience.

Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece, as indicated by the musicians, and without flash.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask that you only leave your seat in case of an emergency.

Tickets are not available at the venue. You can only purchase them via the Fever app or the Fever website.

Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. To do so, tap "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. If you need help, contact support and provide your ticket order number.

For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to change your ticket, please contact us with your ticket ID. Alternatively, you can check in the Fever app whether the "Change date and/or time" button is available on your ticket. A refund is not possible under any circumstances.

Guests who need support during the experience can request a free ticket for their personal carer. Contact us with proof of your support needs or entitlement. Once we receive the proof, we will issue you a voucher for the free ticket, subject to availability. You must show both the regular ticket and the carer's ticket upon entry.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app if you log in using the same method you used when purchasing. You can also find the QR code in the confirmation email. You don't need to print anything; simply show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.

If weather conditions affect your experience and the venue is changed or the date is postponed, we will notify you in advance by email.

The experience takes place at the Historisches Kaufhaus Freiburg. The address is Münsterplatz 24, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau.

Tram lines 1, 2, 3 and 5 will take you to "Bertoldsbrunnen"; from there it's just a few minutes' walk to Münsterplatz and the Historisches Kaufhaus. The Kongressticket is valid as a ticket on the Regio-Verkehrsverbund Freiburg public transport network. Timetables and tickets are also available from Freiburger Verkehrs AG (VAG). By car, you can reach the Historisches Kaufhaus via the A5, Freiburg-Mitte exit (around 10 minutes from the motorway slip road to the old town), or via the A81 and B31 from the east. A Frelo station for borrowing and returning bikes is located at Karlsplatz, 400 metres away.

No food or drinks are available on site.

Pets are not allowed at this venue. Service animals are welcome.
