Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email; there's no need to print it.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for zone A, B, C and D.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
When can I return my ticket?
If you purchased a flexible refund ticket, you can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts and get a full refund, with no documentation required — just contact us. Note it's no longer refundable once transferred to someone else.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you have questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before, and the concert starts on time.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
It's an indoor experience with assigned seating within the zone you purchased.
Is food and drink available?
Yes, small snacks and drinks are available. Coats and jackets can be left at the on-site coat check.
Is parking available?
Yes. The Casino parking garage charges €1 per half hour from 6am to 6pm, and €4 per started hour from 6pm to 6am. Concert guests get a special rate: €1 per hour from 11am to 6pm, €2 per hour from 6pm onward, with a daily maximum of €6 (a discount is available at reception).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there accessible access to the event?
There are wheelchair spots, but please note the ballroom itself isn't fully step-free throughout. Please email us in advance at hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything for your visit.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. Once you've bought your own ticket, please send us appropriate supporting documentation; we'll then provide you with a voucher for the free companion ticket, subject to availability. Both tickets must be shown at entry.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time — we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately animals aren't allowed at this venue. If a service dog is needed, please send us a short email at hello@feverup.com.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. The concert begins on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be admitted to the show.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No, for guests' safety all candles are flameless.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
