In this Sound Bath session, you will be guided through a sound journey that harmonizes your energy and connects you with your intuition. A variety of Indian instruments will be used to create a unique soundscape, including: quartz and Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, shruti box (Indian accordion), the sung voice as an instrument of energetic harmonization, using harmonic chanting techniques and mantra chanting to create a sacred and transformative sound environment. The sounds will guide you to an altered state of consciousness, where you can access your subconscious mind and the theta state. Just like our physical body, which is composed of 70% water, it has a memory that can be influenced by frequencies and sound waves.
