About the venueMusic Center De Bijloke
The Kraakhuis is a cozy, intimate concert hall within De Bijloke in Ghent. Originally a small infirmary from the 16th century, it has been converted into a versatile space with 238 seats. Thanks to mobile stands, numbered armchairs, and a motorized acoustic curtain, the hall is very flexible to use.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your event starts (contact us with your ticket ID). Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink served?
Yes, at The Café. Payment there is by debit card (bancontact) only.
Is parking available?
There's no dedicated parking at the venue itself, but Parking Kouter and Sint-Pietersplein are also within reach. We recommend using public transport or sustainable alternatives if possible.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support Worker. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us with supporting documentation (for example a DLA award, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card, or a registered guide dog card).
Is this venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the "Premium" and "Reduced visibility" categories are wheelchair accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
Can I take photos or videos, or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. If you arrive late, you won't be admitted to the show.
What happens if weather conditions affect the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For the safety of attendees, all candles used during the concert are flameless.
