This event is only for people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same email address used to buy the tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert can also be found in the confirmation email.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert start time stated on the ticket you purchased. If you'd like to change your ticket and you meet these conditions, contact Fever customer service with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given unless you purchased a flexible refundable ticket (see below). For more information, you can check Fever's terms and conditions.

Flexible refundable tickets let you request a full refund if you decide not to take part in the experience. They are only available for certain events.

You can request a refund for your flexible refundable ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Your ticket can no longer be refunded once it has been transferred to another person.

Metro: line M1, Vieux Port station, then around 15 minutes on foot; line M2, Joliette station, then around 15 minutes on foot. Bus: Mucem Saint Jean stop, lines 60, 82 and 82S, then 2 to 5 minutes on foot. Tram: lines T2 and T3, Joliette or République Dames station, then around 15 minutes on foot. By car: the venue is located on the esplanade du J4, right next to the Mucem; traffic is often heavy in the Vieux Port and central Marseille area, and on-street parking is limited, so it's best to use underground car parks, such as the Indigo Vieux Port Mucem car park or those in the Joliette area. On foot: around 15 minutes from Vieux Port and around 15 minutes from Joliette. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts.

Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of an emergency.

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so that we can allocate you a seat within the category you've booked. The concert will start on time and the audience will need to be seated before it begins. If you arrive late, we won't be able to let you into the venue, in order to respect the performers and ensure a good experience for other audience members.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date change), we'll let you know by email in advance.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. In this case, we recommend arriving early, and we'll do everything we can to find you seats next to each other.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" from your Fever app. For further assistance, contact Fever customer service with your ticket ID.

For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
