Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email, so there's nothing you need to print.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (see below).
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, this ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, as long as you contact us at least 48 hours before the experience starts. It becomes non-refundable if the ticket is transferred to someone else, and no documentation is needed to claim your refund.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are split by zone: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Balcony (good visibility).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free ticket for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first; contact us for more information.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue; they must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it's tied to the specific Candlelight date and location, it is non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. All sales are final.
