A historic venue designed by John Burnet, Merchants' House opened in 1874, This is the fourth home of the Merchants House, a charitable organisation since 1605. The exquisite Merchants' Hall is adorned with beautiful stained-glass windows and portraits. Today, the House stands as a testament to Glasgow's commercial heritage, offering a glimpse into the city's past.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the App Store or Google Play), logging in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please get in touch with us, quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, get in touch with us, quoting your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (Best Visibility), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Good Visibility), and Zone C (Fair Visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance are entitled to one free ticket for their carer or support worker. Get in touch with us with proof of need, for example a middle or higher rate DLA award, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card, and we'll send you a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket. Bring this along with your tickets when you arrive; each carer ticket must be bought together with at least one full-price ticket.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Merchants House of Glasgow, 7 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BA.
How do I get to the venue?
The Merchants House is in the heart of Glasgow, a short walk from both Queen Street and Glasgow Central railway stations, with convenient bus services and nearby parking options, and well connected to the M8 motorway.
Is there food served?
Yes, there will be a bar on site.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The Merchants House is not fully accessible: the lift is narrow (4 ft long, 23 in wide) and can only accommodate mobility scooters up to 300 kg. Please contact us directly if you need personalised assistance.
Can I take photos, videos, or use my phone during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians, and your phone must be on silent mode throughout. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you also won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and other guests.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of venue or a postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes. If you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone, we'll do our best to seat you together. We recommend arriving in good time.
Are the candles real?
For everyone's safety, the room is lit with flameless candles.
