In short About the concert

The soundtracks of Christmas come to life at the Auditorium San Fedele, in the heart of Milan, surrounded by hundreds of candles. A string quartet performs the most beloved pieces from cinema and the December festivities, from timeless classics to the melodies of films that accompany every Christmas. A Candlelight concert of around 60 minutes to get you into the festive spirit.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different types of tickets available?
Zona A: excellent visibility. Zona B: good visibility. Zona C: average visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats will be assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert will start on time and the audience will need to be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, it won't be possible to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app (available on Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any doubts or questions, contact Fever's customer service; make sure to mention the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, it's possible to change the date and/or time of the ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. In this case, contact Fever's customer service with the ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check Fever's Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. In this case, contact Fever's customer service attaching a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide you with a code with which you can purchase a free ticket for your companion. Please note that you'll need to show the documents, together with the tickets, to access the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or Apple Store). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to purchase the ticket. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder.
