Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to make the change. Refunds aren't allowed under any circumstances (see our T&Cs).
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds aren't allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket for this event. That add-on lets you request a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket order number if you need help.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals won't be permitted.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, in the Grand Prix Ballroom, with assigned seating.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Tickets aren't sold at the venue — you must purchase them through the Fever app or website before arriving.
Where does the experience take place?
The Los Angeles Equestrian Center, 480 W. Riverside Dr, Burbank, CA 91506, in the Grand Prix Ballroom.
How do I get to the venue?
Driving or rideshare is recommended. The closest transit stop is at Victory Blvd and Allen Ave.
Is there food or drink available?
There's a bar onsite serving beverages for an additional charge. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, onsite parking is available for $12 per vehicle.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center.
Can I get a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free companion ticket. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. The venue is fully ADA accessible, with ADA parking available at the entrance of the event building.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals. If you plan to bring a service animal, please contact us. Dogs on the property must be kept on a leash of no more than 6 feet at all times.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
It's an optional add-on photo experience: your photo is taken in a designated area before the show (the photo session ends 10 minutes before it starts) and printed in polaroid style — one instant picture per purchase. You can also buy it at the venue if it hasn't sold out, though online buyers get priority and on-site purchases are card-only. You'll get a separate QR code by email to show at pickup, and refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to your specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases (online or on-site) are final: non-refundable and non-returnable.
