The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals won't be permitted.

Yes. The venue is fully ADA accessible, with ADA parking available at the entrance of the event building.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance.

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals. If you plan to bring a service animal, please contact us. Dogs on the property must be kept on a leash of no more than 6 feet at all times.

It's an optional add-on photo experience: your photo is taken in a designated area before the show (the photo session ends 10 minutes before it starts) and printed in polaroid style — one instant picture per purchase. You can also buy it at the venue if it hasn't sold out, though online buyers get priority and on-site purchases are card-only. You'll get a separate QR code by email to show at pickup, and refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to your specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases (online or on-site) are final: non-refundable and non-returnable.
