Description
Fenêtre sur doc 2025-2026 > Looking at the world through the eyes of those who shake it up - that's what Fenêtre sur doc is all about. Once again this season, the aim is not to show a panorama of artistic expressions, but a series of films that question or confront established narratives. We'll be talking about beauty, struggle, identity, territory and self-determination - whether in an opera house, a village in the Beauce or a Shaolin temple. Daring trajectories, lives that go off on a tangent, bodies that resist, voices that are no longer content to look pretty. In the face of prevailing cynicism, these films assert the right to choose one's life, to create outside the norm, to laugh even at the worst. They remind us that art is not a refuge, but a weapon. And to look is to begin to act.
