About the venueSala Vanni

Located within the monumental complex of the Basilica of Santa Maria del Carmine, in the square of the same name in Florence, Sala Vanni hosts the Musicus Concentus home. Full of charm and history, it opens into the cloister and the 17th-century courtyard of the convent of Santa Maria del Carmine, the same from which the Brancacci Chapel can be accessed, which houses the famous frescoes by Masaccio and Masolino.

Where can I find my ticket?
You’ll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
from 8 years old. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.
Are the candles real?
For everyone’s safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
