What are the different ticket types?
Section A – best visibility, front rows on the ground floor. Section B – very good visibility, back rows on the ground floor. Section C – good visibility, balcony.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts, subject to availability — contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except for Flexible Cancellation Tickets.
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
It lets you get a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend — you can cancel it up to 48 hours before the event by contacting us, no documentation required. You'll get a full refund minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option, or a voucher of equal value for the same event. Note: the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the event last?
The event lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This event takes place indoors.
Is there food or drink served?
You may bring a bottle of water to drink during the concert. Right next to the Theatre is the Grand Hotel's Malinowa Restaurant, which we recommend before or after the concert.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking available on site for event guests.
What is the minimum age requirement?
Guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/personal assistant?
Guests who require assistance during the event can apply for 1 free entry pass for their personal assistant/carer. You must already hold a purchased ticket, then send us an email with your disability certificate attached.
Does this venue have disability access?
