Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), logging in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, a change of date and/or time is possible up to 48 hours before the event starts — please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except for Flexible Cancellable Tickets. Note: the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
What is the Flexible Cancellable Ticket?
For selected events, the flexible ticket lets you get a refund or change the date/time if you contact us up to 48 hours before the event starts — no documents required. Refunds by card or PayPal are returned to your account (usually within 10+ days), minus the 10% fee for this option; if you change the date, you'll immediately get a replacement voucher for the same event.
What ticket types are available?
Section A – best visibility (front rows on the ground floor), Section B – very good visibility (back rows on the ground floor), Section C – good visibility (balcony).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or website (feverup.com).
Can I reserve a ticket for my carer/personal assistant?
Yes, guests requiring assistance can apply for one free ticket for their carer. After purchasing your own ticket, email us attaching proof of disability.
How long does the event last?
60 minutes (doors open 45 minutes before the start time; no entry once it has started).

Will food or drink be served?
You may bring a bottle of water to the concert. Right next to the Theatre is the Malinowa Restaurant at the Grand Hotel, which we recommend before or after the concert.
Is parking available on-site?
No, there is no parking available for event guests on-site.
Are there any age requirements for guests?
The minimum age for guests is 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is this venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue has accessibility facilities. If you need personal assistance, please contact us at hello@feverup.com.
Can I bring animals with me?
Animals are not allowed, except assistance dogs.
