What are the different ticket types available?
Three zones are available: Premium Zone, with excellent visibility; Zone A, with good visibility; Zone B, with average visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert will start on time and the audience will need to be seated by then. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final song and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app (available on Google Play or the App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will be using the ticket. If you have any questions, please contact us, quoting the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. If you'd like to do this, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. If this applies to you, contact us with a document certifying your need for an assistant, and we'll provide you with a code to purchase a free ticket for your companion. Please note that you'll need to show this document, along with your tickets, to access the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or App Store). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to make the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email, sent to the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.

How do I get to the event?
The event is a 15 minute walk from the Vittoria metro stop and can also be reached by bus or car. The Arnaldo Park car park is a 10 minute walk away.
Will it be possible to buy food?
Unfortunately, food and drinks will not be available.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.
Does the venue have access for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue has access for people with reduced mobility.
Is there on-site parking?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have on-site parking. For this experience, we suggest getting there by public transport or other sustainable alternatives.
