Is this venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes. In the lower stalls, Zona VIP.
Is parking available?
There is no partner car park, but there are car parks near the theatre, subject to availability.
What are the different ticket types?
Available zones: Zona VIP, Zona A, Zona B, Camarote. Each zone offers Inteira, Meia Entrada and Entrada Social tickets. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
What is the difference between the tickets, Inteira and Entrada Social?
Inteira: The standard ticket for the event; anyone can buy it. Entrada Social: This can also be bought by anyone, with no proof required. This ticket includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organisation, already included in the ticket price. You do not need to bring non-perishable food on the day of the event.
Who can buy meia-entrada (half-price) tickets?
Students; Seniors; People with special needs (PNE) and their companion; Blood donors; Low-income young people; Teachers at state public schools and municipal school systems (early childhood, primary and secondary levels). Everyone listed above must present a document proving their eligibility. Otherwise, they will not be able to benefit from the meia-entrada (half-price ticket) and will have to pay the full ticket price.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything, you just need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or in your registered email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Customers who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 01 (one) free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. After purchasing your ticket (it is essential to have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, feel free to contact us, stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, contact us stating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts to choose a seat within the zone you purchased. The show will start on time and the audience should already be seated in advance. If you arrive late, our staff has the right to refuse you entry.
