My husband and I made a night out of this event and it exceeded our expectations. The musicians were exceptional and played their hearts out. We were blown away with how well they took popular songs and made them into beautiful sounding harmonies. The church was also adorned with candlelight which made it feel cozy. I highly recommend this event!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page specifies the different zones available for purchase. Zone A has the best view, while Zone D may only have a partial view.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free ticket for their personal assistant/support worker. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us with supporting documentation, such as an Access 2 Card or another relevant document. If you have any concerns about accessible seating, contact us at hello@feverup.com.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes. The experience is recommended for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket was purchased, in which case you'll be refunded the full price except for the 10% fee paid for that option. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the originally purchased event, subject to availability.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket and request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
None. No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
How do I request my refund?

The entrance to the venue is on Laurier Avenue, at ground level.
Is there food served?
There is no food or drinks available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is permitted inside the performance space.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue entrance has no stairs, and there is an elevator to the performance space and to the accessible washroom.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking at First Baptist Church itself, but there is free parking on both sides of Lisgar Street on weekends and evenings. Parking in the City Hall parkade across the street is available on weekends for $2.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes; doors open 45 minutes before.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
