Candlelight: Tribute to Drake

A flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can cancel it if you contact us up to 48 hours before your experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user. No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange. You'll be refunded the full ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible option; refunds can take 10+ days to appear on your statement, or you'll receive a new voucher in the app's "Vouchers" section if you paid with a voucher. If you choose an exchange instead, you'll receive a voucher for the same value, which can only be used to buy a new date and/or time for the same experience.

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show starts and close 5 minutes before it begins.

No food will be served. There's a bar on-site with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.

Yes, free parking is available at the venue. Street and metered parking are also available nearby.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their carer. You'll need to hold a valid ticket before applying, so please contact us once you've purchased yours.

No. Tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue. They must be bought through the app or website before you arrive at the event.

The venue is located north-west of Downtown Miami, near I-95 and I-395. It's accessible by car, rideshare or bus. Please use the main stairs at the front entrance or the elevator in the parking lot.

This package offers a unique photo experience for guests who purchase it, with your photo taken in a specially designated area and delivered as a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos can also be purchased at the venue, provided we haven't reached the sold-out threshold, though online buyers get priority over on-site purchases; on-site purchases are card only, no cash accepted. Your photo is taken before the event, with the photo experience ending 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose your picture before it's printed and collect it at the exit after the concert; we can't retain pictures for you, so make sure you have them before you leave. Refunds aren't permitted unless the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, but it isn't required. This policy is subject to change.
