For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.

Please arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed to enter.

Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Tickets are not sold on site: they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us and include your ticket order number.

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To make a change, contact us and include the ticket ID of your purchase. You can also check whether this option is available on your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app: if it is enabled, a “Change date and/or time” button will appear, and you just follow the steps. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances, unless you purchased the Flexible Cancellation add-on (see the questions below).

A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.

You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A Flexible Cancellation ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.

No documentation is needed.

If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the Fever app.

You will immediately receive a voucher for the same value, which you can use for the same experience.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free ticket for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us and we will send you a voucher to book your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

If the weather affects the experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will let you know by email in advance.

The concert takes place at La Rosa, 800 N. Country Club Road, Tucson.

Yes, food and beverages are available for purchase at this event. There is also a restaurant, Sisters Restaurant & Bar, right next door.

Pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
