Guests who require assistance throughout the experience receive 1 free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents.

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The experience takes place in the historic Salles de Pologne in Leipzig. The exact address is: Hainstraße 16/18, 04109 Leipzig.

Enter the address into your sat nav and it will take you straight to the venue. By public transport: tram lines 1, 3, 4, 7, 9, 12, 14 and 15 to the Goerdelerring stop, from there it's approx. 200 metres on foot. If you're travelling by regional or long-distance train, we recommend arriving via the nearby Hauptbahnhof and continuing from there by tram. Distances: Hauptbahnhof 0.8 km (11 minutes on foot), airport 22 km, exhibition grounds 8 km, A14 motorway 13 km, A9 motorway 13 km, A38 motorway 14 km.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive in good time to get a seat in your booked zone: the concert starts on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of consideration for the musicians and the audience, late entry after the concert has started is not possible.

From the east: from the A14 (Leipzig Mitte exit) towards the city centre, from Berliner Straße turn left onto Gerberstraße and continue straight on at the next junction to the entrance. There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
