What ticket types are available?
The hall is divided into zones A, B, C and gallery according to view quality. Seats are assigned to you at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to the type of ticket purchased.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time; we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone. The concert will start on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, no entry is possible once the concert has begun.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be switched to silent for the entire show. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask that you only leave your seat in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No. Tickets are not available on site; you can only buy them through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets for free: tap "Transfer tickets" next to your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us and provide your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. To do this, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase, or open your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear there. A refund is not possible under any circumstances.
Are there tickets for carers?
If you need support during the concert, you can request a free ticket for your carer. Contact us with proof of your support needs; you will then receive a voucher that you can use to book the carer's ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app; log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone at the entrance.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience (for example, through a relocation or postponement), we will notify you in good time by email.

In the auditorium on the 2nd floor of the Thon-Dittmer-Palais, Haidplatz 8, 93047 Regensburg.
How do I get to the venue?
The Palais is centrally located on Haidplatz in Regensburg's old town, just about a 5-minute walk from the city centre. By bus, you can reach it via the "Haidplatz" or "Fischmarkt" stops. Parking is available, for example, at the Arnulfsplatz-Garage, about a 3-minute walk away.
Can I buy food and drinks on site?
No, no food or drinks are available on site.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at this venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
