How does seating assignment and zoning work?
Tickets are divided into sections with rates that change based on location and visibility. Once you're at Pazo Los Escudos Hotel & Spa Resort, our team will assign you a seat on a first-come, first-served basis within the category you booked.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit together perfectly. To ensure contiguous seats, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We suggest coming 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together without any problem.
Can tickets be bought at the Pazo Los Escudos Hotel & Spa Resort box office?
Tickets cannot be bought at Pazo Los Escudos Hotel & Spa Resort. You'll only find them available digitally through Fever's official channels (our official website or the mobile app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
Try to arrive 30 minutes before the show to settle in easily. Doors will close promptly 5 minutes before the start, and they won't reopen once the concert begins, preventing any interruptions.
Will there be food and drink service at Pazo Los Escudos Hotel & Spa Resort?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
When organizing experiences in historic venues, the indoor temperature can vary with the seasons. Although we try to always maintain the ideal climate, we suggest choosing an outfit suitable for the season so you can enjoy the show with total comfort.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in Vigo lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Unless it's an extreme necessity, we appreciate that you remain seated so that you and the other attendees can enjoy the concert to the fullest.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry, the candles are all LED technology and replicate the light of a flame identically. Without real fire, they don't emit heat and aren't flammable.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We ask that you keep your phone muted during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only in the final song when the artists themselves give you the nod.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in Vigo?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app ticket. Contact us if you need additional help, and be sure to include your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA be gifted?
Definitely! You can purchase a Gift Card that lets them choose their concert and date, or if you've already bought tickets for a specific day, you can gift those by using the "Transfer Tickets" button in the Fever app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a unique photography experience, available exclusively to customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in our specially designated area at Pazo Los Escudos Hotel & Spa Resort and receive an instant Polaroid-style print as a souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Pazo Los Escudos Hotel & Spa Resort?
As long as there's availability, you can book your Pazo Los Escudos Hotel & Spa Resort experience on the day of the concert using a card. Keep in mind that we only accept card payments and that online bookings have priority over sales at the venue.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
To have your photo taken with ease, arrive at least 30 minutes before time. Keep in mind that the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts.
When will I receive the photo?
You'll have the chance to choose your favorite photo in the moment. Our team will print it throughout the concert and you'll be able to collect it comfortably when you leave, as it's not possible to keep it for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
The photo spot is inside Pazo Los Escudos Hotel & Spa Resort, and our staff will guide you there. If you have any questions, they'll be happy to assist you.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
You'll receive a set of 3 LED candles that imitate the flicker and light of a wax candle. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere in your home with the peace of mind that they're 100% safe.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
All packages purchased online must be picked up at the designated venue location during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to the specific date and location of the Candlelight event, all additional candle packages purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Are pets or animals allowed in Pazo Los Escudos Hotel & Spa Resort? What about service animals?
Due to venue policies, you won't be able to bring your pet to the concert. However, you can enter with a service dog or guide dog.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, your caregiver gets in for free! If you need an assistant for the concert, they can request a free pass. Contact us with the medical or disability proof, and we'll have the ticket ready for you.
Is Pazo Los Escudos Hotel & Spa Resort accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
