What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or at www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience will receive a free ticket for a companion. First buy your own valid ticket, then send proof via the request form linked in the venue's full FAQs. You will then receive a voucher which you can use to get the free companion ticket, subject to availability, in the Fever app. You must show both tickets on entry.
Is there an age restriction?
Entry is permitted from age 8. Children and young people under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
The date and/or time can be changed, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the start. To do so, contact the organiser with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible.
What is a flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, there are tickets that give you a full refund if you decide not to attend.
By when can I return a flexible refund ticket?
Contact the organiser up to 48 hours before the start. If the ticket has been transferred to another person, it is not refundable.
What documents do I need for the refund?

Where does the concert take place?
At the Auferstehungskirche München, Gollierstraße 55, 80339 München. It can get cold in the church during winter, so we recommend wearing warm clothing.
How do I get there?
The nearest underground station is Schwanthalerhöhe, the nearest bus stop is Bergmannstraße and the nearest S-Bahn station is Heimeranplatz.
Is there food or drink available?
No, no food or drinks are sold on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, but assistance animals are. A form must be filled in beforehand for an assistance animal.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the church is accessible.
Is there parking available?
No, there is no parking available at the venue.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
A package with a photo experience in its own dedicated area, just for guests who book it. Every purchase includes a printed Polaroid-style instant photo.
Can I buy Candlelight Foto on site?
Yes, while stocks last. Guests who book it online together with their concert tickets will have priority over those who buy on site. On site, only card payments are accepted, not cash.
When is the photo taken?
Before or after the concert. We recommend after the concert, so there's enough time.
When do I get my photo?
You choose your photos on site, the team prints them and you collect them. The photos aren't saved, so you need to take them with you: if you leave without them, there's no refund or new appointment available.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Staff on site will give you all the details after entry, and announcements will remind guests about it.
How do I prove my booking?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer to confirm your booking.
Can I get a refund for Candlelight Foto?
Only if the experience has to be cancelled for reasons the organiser is responsible for.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
