Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances — see our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account free of charge. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating by zone.
Is food or drink available at the venue?
No food is allowed inside the venue, but drinks can be purchased at the bar.
Is parking available near the venue?
The nearest car park is Sutton Harbour Car Park (a 6-minute walk from the aquarium), which has a 2m height restriction and operates on a pay-and-display basis. Full details are on the Britannia Parking website.
What is the minimum age to attend?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. The National Marine Aquarium is committed to Access for All and is accessible via ramps and lifts throughout. There are disabled parking bays and drop-off points on site, a limited number of free wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis, and full disabled toilet facilities.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/support worker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/support worker. You must have a valid ticket first, then email us proof of disability — accepted documents include a Middle or Higher rate DLA award, a PIP receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are grouped into zones based on view quality: Premium (front row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, and the standing Balcony (Zone D). Seats aren't individually allocated — you pick where to sit within your zone, so it's best to arrive early.
How do I get to the venue?
The event takes place at the National Marine Aquarium, Rope Walk, Coxside, Plymouth PL4 0LF — in the event room only (this doesn't include access to the rest of the aquarium). By car, use SatNav postcode PL4 0DX; by public transport, the nearest train station is Plymouth (a 30-minute walk), and several bus routes stop nearby.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles used during the experience are flameless.
