Step into an intimate venue where the stage feels beautifully close. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.

What different types of tickets are there?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D, Rolstoel (Zone A en B). Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
No tickets are sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance via the app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I buy a ticket for my carer/companion?
Visitors who need assistance during the experience may request a free ticket for their carer/companion. Contact us with proof that you need such a ticket. Once we have received it, we will give you a voucher code that you can use to buy your free Carer ticket. Please note that you must show this together with your tickets to enter the hall. Each Carer's ticket must be purchased together with at least one other full-price ticket.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 8+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket under "Tickets" in the Fever app (available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same login details you used for your order. You can also find your QR code in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
This depends on availability. Changing the date and/or time is allowed at least 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us if you would like to make a change and state your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our terms and conditions for more information.

No food will be served.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our dancers.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash, as indicated by our dancers.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the dancers and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts to be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The show starts on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the dancers' performance and the audience's experience, you will not be admitted to the show.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), rest assured that we will notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving on time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, you can contact us stating your ticket ID.
