You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Check our T&Cs for more details.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap Transfer Tickets on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
