With numerous readings, discussions, and exhibitions, the house is considered a staple in Frankfurt's cultural life.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience will receive a free ticket for a personal companion. First buy your own ticket (you need a valid ticket), then send us the required proof via the request form. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you book the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. At entry, show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Guests under 16 are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience, subject to availability. Contact us with your ticket ID to do so. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You'll find further details in the terms and conditions.
What is a flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, you can request a full refund with a flexible refund ticket if you decide not to attend.
Until when can I return a flexible refund ticket?
You'll receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience. If the ticket has been transferred to another person, it's no longer eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for the refund?
You don't need any documents.

How do I get there by public transport?
S-Bahn S1–S6, S8 and S9: "Ostendstraße" stop. Bus 30 and 36: "Schöne Aussicht" stop. Bus 45: "Frankensteiner Platz" stop. Tram 18: "Hospital zum Heiligen Geist" stop.
Is there food and drink available on site?
No food or drinks are sold on site. The Literaturhaus is home to the restaurant Goldmund; you'll need to book directly with the restaurant in advance.
Can I bring animals?
Only assistance animals are allowed, pets are not.
Is the venue accessible?

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
