- Appetizers from the garden: green asparagus in charcoal tempura , lettuce with wild mustard , accompanied by an INEDIT beer made with malt and spiced wheat with the aroma of the undergrowth
- With the scent of the undergrowth: chanterelle royale | soft velvet
- From the henhouse to the plate: fresh egg of the day | morels, wild asparagus
- With the intention of closing the circle: lamb shoulder : eggplant, samfaina, sheep's milk, wool, thyme, rosemary
