How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts about 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types available?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zona Premium, Zone B, Zona B - Posto mobilità ridotta, Zone C. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue on the day of the event?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person who assists me?
Guests who need assistance during the event must contact User Support before purchasing their ticket, and are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/carer. If you need a ticket for your companion, contact us. We will provide you with a voucher code you can use to get the free ticket for your companion/carer (subject to availability). Please note that both your ticket and your companion's ticket must be shown on the day of the event.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving on time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this event uses strobe light effects.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, the date and/or time can be changed up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our T&Cs.

This experience takes place indoors.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is a few metres from the M3 - Piola stop.
Are food and drinks available for purchase on site?
Unfortunately, food and drinks will not be available for purchase.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except assistance animals.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the venue has disabled access. You can buy the ticket reserved for people with disabilities and request a free companion ticket from User Support, as specified above. The toilets have disabled access.
Will toilets be available on site?
Yes, the venue has toilets; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately, there will be no parking on site. For this experience, we suggest using public transport or sustainable alternatives.
Is there a cloakroom service?
This venue does not have a cloakroom service.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
No, photos and videos may not be taken during the experience. Only towards the end of the show, as indicated by our staff, are photos and videos allowed without the use of flash.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our staff.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the dancers and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts to be assigned a seat in the zone you purchased. The show will start on time and the audience must already be seated in advance. Out of respect for the dancers and the audience, late arrivals will not be admitted to the show.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's easy: click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further help, don't hesitate to contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print your ticket; it will be validated via the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
