What are the different ticket types?

First Row offers premium visibility, Zone A the best visibility, Zone B great visibility, Zone C good visibility, and Zone D fair visibility.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

How long does the performance last?

The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the performance and close 5 minutes prior to the start.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating by zone.

Is there food or drink available?

There will be alcoholic beverages for purchase for guests over 21. You may also bring your own bottle of water. Food is not served at the venue.

Is parking available?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before showtime to allow for parking. There is a paid parking lot next to the theatre at Gayley Street and State Street, with other lots and garages a short walk away. Visit the Media Borough website for a parking map and current fees.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.
