Ein absolut fantastisches Erlebnis mit wunderbaren Künstlern

Alles super. Sehr gutes Ambiente mit den Kerzen. Die Musiker waren 1A. Absolute Wiederholungsgefahr von meiner Frau und Mir. Bitte sowas weiterhin veranstalten.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C, D and the Balcony.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue; they must be purchased in advance through the app or website (www.feverup.com).

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes. Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us supporting proof; you'll then receive a voucher to get your free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You must show both tickets at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not available in this case.

When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?

You can return your flexible cancellation ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
