Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email — there's nothing to print.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see our Terms for details.
When can I return my ticket?
With a Flexible Refund Ticket, you can get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Once transferred to another person, the ticket is no longer refundable.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account for free. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the experience last?
Around 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; no entry once it has begun.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No, food and drink are not sold at this venue.
Is there parking?
No. We recommend travelling by public transport (tram 3/23, bus 60/N3).
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/companion?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for a free companion ticket. Contact us with supporting documentation and we'll send you a voucher for the free ticket (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown on arrival.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Please send us a short email to hello@feverup.com in advance so we can prepare everything for your visit.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Per the musicians' guidance, only during the final piece and without flash.
Can I bring animals?
Unfortunately animals are not allowed at this venue, including service animals.
Are the candles real?
No, for everyone's safety only flameless LED candles are used.
Is it cold inside the church?
It can get chilly in the church during winter. Dress warmly and feel free to bring a blanket — there is no coat check.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
An optional photo experience: have your picture taken in a dedicated area and get a printed Polaroid-style keepsake. Booking it online together with your ticket gives you priority at the photo session on the day; only card payments are accepted onsite.
