Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Check our T&Cs for more information.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts.

Is there food or drink available?

There's no food or drink available at the venue, and no outside food or drink is allowed inside.

Is parking available?

Limited street parking is available across the street on N Oak Park Ave. There are also parking lots along Lake Street, just west of the venue. We recommend arriving early to secure parking.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their carer. You'll need to hold a valid ticket before applying, so please contact us once you've purchased yours.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

This venue is not ADA compliant. Guests will need to go up a flight of stairs to access the performance space. Please reach out to us at hello@feverup.com or directly to the venue if you have any questions.

Can I bring animals?

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

No. Tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue. They must be bought through the app or website before you arrive at the event.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
