This year it returns with more strength, bringing together two referents of flavor: Félix Lanz, wine pairing expert, and José Blázquez, owner of the legendary bar Los Torreznos. From a fine laterío with natural razor clams to a selection of award-winning Spanish cheeses, each dish has been designed to surprise. The star moment will come with the torreznos, prepared and cut on the spot by José himself. All accompanied by a careful selection of wines from Alicante, Rioja, Toro and Jalón.
