A bit crowded but wonderful performance. Definately worth the entrance fee.

Incredible talent! A long musical massage, soothing to the soul and balm for our anxiety.

Where can I find my ticket?

You’ll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

There are three ticket zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating within each zone is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (available for selected events). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?

Yes. If you require assistance throughout the experience, you can apply for one free pass for your caretaker. Once you've purchased a valid ticket, contact us with your details and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
