The Pontifical Basilica of San Miguel is one of the most distinctive Baroque churches in Madrid. Situated in the heart of the city's historic center, its curved façade and richly decorated interior embody the spirituality and religious art of the 18th century. Once a temple for the imperial clergy, it is now an important cultural and liturgical site connected to the city’s musical and artistic heritage.

How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Christmas classics in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the indoor temperature of the venue goes hand in hand with the season. We recommend opting for layers or clothes suitable for the season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the show.
Will there be food and drink service at Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Remember to put your phone on silent before the show begins. To enjoy the experience, we only allow photos or videos without flash during the final song of the set, as indicated by the musicians.
Can tickets be bought at the Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel box office?
No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
We divide the space into sections with prices that vary based on how close you are to the stage and visibility. As soon as you enter Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel, staff will seat you in the order that attendees arrive within your zone.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! You can sit together. Just make sure you all arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend coming at least half an hour early to make it easier for the team to seat you together.

If you want a unique keepsake, get this pack and enjoy a photo session in an exclusive space inside Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel. You'll receive an instant Polaroid-style photo printed on the spot.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel?
If there are still places available, you can buy your Candlelight photo on the day of the concert at Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel using a card. Remember that priority is given to those who bought the add-on online when purchasing their tickets.
When will I receive the photo?
Pick the photo you want printed - it'll be ready for you to collect when the concert ends. Make sure to take it with you when you leave, as our team can't keep it for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
You'll get a set of 3 high-quality LED-lit candles that achieve the same visual effect as real ones. They're perfect for creating an intimate atmosphere in your home with total safety and zero risk.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Christmas classics in Madrid?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
You can transfer your tickets for free to anyone. Just open the Fever app and click "Transfer Tickets." If you need additional support, contact us through our help center sharing your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
To have your photo taken with ease, arrive at least 30 minutes before time. Keep in mind that the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
The photo spot is inside Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel, and our staff will guide you there. If you have any questions, they'll be happy to assist you.
Is there parking available at Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Forget strict dress codes. We recommend a casual outfit so you can enjoy the live music in total comfort and without complications.
Are pets or animals allowed in Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel? What about service animals?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel, but assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, of course! If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a free ticket for your caregiver or personal assistant. Just contact us by sending the document or proof that shows you need one.
Is Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
