Yes. General admission covers general seating at both the dolphin presentation and Saltwater Showdown, the sea lion presentation. Reservations are free and made on the day of your visit, first come first served, and a seat is not guaranteed. Arrive 15 minutes before the start.

Height limit is 6'8" at all entrances, with a small number of oversized spaces up to 8'2" on the first floor. A limited number of spaces can be prepaid online and they often sell out.

Yes. Wheelchairs are free on a first come, first served basis from Guest Relations in exchange for photo ID, and cannot be reserved ahead. Free golf carts run to and from the parking deck, and accessible parking is on level 3.

The Aquarium is a certified sensory-inclusive venue with KultureCity. There are low sensory hours daily until 10 AM, a dedicated sensory room on level 2, free sensory bags, and posted quiet zones. Closed-captioning devices are available for the animal presentations, and ASL interpretation can be arranged with advance notice.

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome. Dogs in training need documentation from an accredited school. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.

No outside food or drink, other than small snacks for children or anyone with a food allergy. Refillable water bottles are welcome and there are filling stations throughout.

Strollers are allowed up to 29 inches wide by 52 inches long. Wagons, jogging strollers and ride-ons are not. There are no lockers or bag check, so whatever you bring in, you carry all day.
