Description
Trafalgar Pizza Club joins the Pizza Week celebration with a unique dinner that combines the best of artisanal cuisine and gourmet creativity. Enjoy a tasting menu designed to surprise: from starters such as mashed potatoes with octopus to a carbonara with crispy guanciale, each dish is an explosion of flavor. The protagonists, of course, are the pizzas: one with artichoke cream, semidry tomatoes and truffle; and another with asparagus, lardo di colonnata and apricot jam. All this accompanied by a welcome cocktail, drink and a delicious homemade tiramisu. An unrepeatable pizza experience not to be missed.
