Entry Requirements: * Upon arrival at the venue, you must present your email confirmation, the card used for purchasing the tickets, and a valid scannable ID (passport, driving license, or any government-approved ID), as this is an 18+ event. * All patrons are subject to pocket and bag checks upon entry. 3. Venue Entrance Guidelines: * The ticket holder must adhere to the venue's entrance guidelines, which include but are not limited to: age restrictions (Over 18s) intoxication levels * Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission at the discretion of the door staff and security team. 4. Changes and Cancellations: * Entertainment, acts, and timings may be subject to change without prior notice. * Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission due to failure to comply with the venue's entrance guidelines. * Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizers. * Tickets are non-transferable between dates. 5. Photography and Media: * By purchasing this ticket, you grant permission for photos and videos to be taken during the event, which may be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers. 6. Seating and Bookings: * Bookings are made under the lead name and are not assigned by specific tables. Your party may be seated at different tables upon entry. * Seating is allocated by the venue, and certain tables may be shared with other guests. 7. Last Entry: * The last entry is permitted up to one hour after the event start time. * No refunds will be offered if you are refused entry to the event after the last entry time.
