Roots and Wings is a yoga and reconnection retreat held from June 13-15 in Villarejo de Salvanés, just 35 minutes from Madrid. Designed by Estrella Cobos and Marina, this retreat offers a transformative three-day experience in a natural and serene environment, with restorative yoga sessions, mindfulness, meditation, spiritual self-care, and also an immersion in the local culture with wine tastings, oils, traditional gastronomy and guided tours. It takes place in La Bodega de Quintín, a historic estate converted into a rural hotel, with shared rooms, 18th century cellars and green areas. RWI does not seek to change you, but to bring you back to you.
