Candlelight: Tributo a Adele arrives at Gabinete Literario in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. A string quartet performs Adele's greatest hits live, in a room lit by hundreds of candles, in a 60 minute concert.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Me encantó el cuarteto, como sugerencia en cuanto a la distribución de asientos o escenario: deberían poner el escenario más alto o alzar las sillas de las últimas filas, ya que sino no ve, al estar todos los asientos alineados unos detrás de otros y a la misma altura.

How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Adele in Gran Canaria lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.
Will there be food and drink service at Literary Cabinet?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.
Can tickets be bought at the Literary Cabinet box office?
There is no physical sales point inside Literary Cabinet. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
We have several zones priced based on closeness and the stage view. When you enter Literary Cabinet, the team will help you find your seat in order of arrival within your booked category.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit together perfectly. To ensure contiguous seats, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We suggest coming 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together without any problem.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Adele be gifted?
Absolutely! Surprise anyone with a Gift Card valid for all Candlelight events in your country, letting them choose their ideal concert. If you've already bought a specific pass, send it free of charge using the "Transfer Tickets" tool in our app.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a unique photography experience, available exclusively to customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in our specially designated area at Literary Cabinet and receive an instant Polaroid-style print as a souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Literary Cabinet?
If there are spots available at Literary Cabinet, you can purchase Candlelight Photos paying only with a card. We recommend booking it online in advance, as those purchases have priority over sales at the venue.
When will I receive the photo?
Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package includes 3 high-quality LED candles that perfectly recreate the warm, flickering glow of candlelight. They are not real, so they are completely safe and ideal for decorating your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Remember to pick up your online purchase at the venue during the event. Since your "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to a specific date and location, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Adele in Gran Canaria?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
The Fever app gives you the option to transfer your tickets free of charge using the "Transfer Tickets" feature. If you need help managing it, contact us and remember to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
To enjoy the experience stress-free, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the music starts. Remember, access is cut off 5 minutes before the beginning, and the doors won't open once the concert starts to keep the atmosphere intact.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Make sure to arrive about 30 minutes early for your photo session. Remember that it is organized before the event and will end 10 minutes before the show starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
Once you enter Literary Cabinet, our staff will tell you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to approach any of our employees if you have any questions.
Is there parking available at Literary Cabinet?
Yes, there is parking available for attendees.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.
Are pets or animals allowed in Literary Cabinet? What about service animals?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Literary Cabinet, but assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
